You'll run paid acquisition, attribution, SEO oversight, and direct-response creative as a hands-on operator, with AI and a small set of agency and contractor partners alongside you. This isn't a role where AI makes you faster. It's a role where you build AI-native systems that do the work and get sharper over time. You think in systems and loops, not tasks and tickets. You design processes where outputs become inputs, workflows trigger other workflows, and the whole stack compounds without someone pressing "run." YOUR ONE-YEAR OUTCOMES - Paid acquisition is efficient and scalable. CAC and ROAS hit targets across Google, Meta, Reddit, Influencer, and CTV, and the channel mix reflects what actually drives incremental growth. - Several growth workflows run as AI-native systems with light human oversight, covering creative variation, lifecycle triggers, LP generation, paid orchestration, attribution, or similar. The output per cycle is higher than what a person could produce manually. - The attribution framework is owned end-to-end. Spend, channels, and incrementality tie back to business outcomes the company trusts. - Organic is a compounding acquisition channel. CoinTracker ranks for top crypto tax and portfolio queries on Google and shows up as the answer on AI-powered search surfaces. - Creative output is higher than today by an order of magnitude. Ad variants, landing pages, and hooks ship every week, not every quarter, driven by you and your AI and agency stack. WHAT YOU WILL DO - Own paid acquisition end-to-end. Strategy, targeting, budget, creative briefs, measurement. Roadway and a contractor handle platform execution. You set the direction and own the number. - Design and ship AI-native systems that compound. Connect tools, data, and actions into one operating system you orchestrate. The workflows you build run with light oversight and get sharper with each cycle, whether the bet is creative production, lifecycle automation, attribution, or something else. - Write, produce, and test direct-response creative. Hooks, scripts, landing-page copy. You generate with AI tools and contractor designers, ship in volume, and let the data pick winners. - Oversee SEO and content. Partner with
