Join us!</p> <h1>Job Overview:</h1> <p>We’re looking for an Operations Project Manager who thrives on communication, organization, and execution. In this role, you’ll be the hub connecting leadership across US West/East and APAC, ensuring our business operations run smoothly as we enter a critical growth stage. You’ll own coordination for project plans, role call, financial workflows, and cross-functional initiatives — keeping everything (and everyone) on track ahead of major milestones.</p> <p>If you have a knack for managing moving pieces, and want to be the calm in the storm while working closely with executives, this is the role for you.</p> <p> </p> <h1>Key Responsibilities: </h1> <ul> <li>Serve as the central point of coordination across US and APAC teams, ensuring seamless communication and handoffs.</li> <li>Manage business operations processes including AP/AR tracking, FTE planning, and resourcing needs.</li> <li>Own project plans end-to-end — timelines, risks, contingencies, follow-ups — with clarity and accountability.</li> <li>Reduce meeting load by proactively aligning stakeholders, summarizing decisions, and circulating updates.</li> <li>Drive operational readiness for major milestones by coordinating priorities and deliverables.</li> <li>Maintain documentation and dashboards that give leadership visibility into status, blockers, and next steps.</li> <li>Anticipate risks and propose contingency plans that keep execution on track.</li> <li>Foster a positive, professional, and proactive team environment.</li> </ul> <h1>Qualifications:</h1> <ul> <li>4–5 years of professional experience, with at least 2–3 years in operations, project management, or program management.</li> <li>Proven ability to coordinate across multiple time zones (US/APAC preferred).</li> <li>Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills — able to push clarity and accountability without friction.</li> <li>Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to juggle multiple projects at once.</li> <li>Proficient with project management and productivity tools (Jira, Notion, Google Workspace, etc.).</li> <li>Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to anticipate risks and manage contingencies.</li> </ul> <h1>Nice to haves:</h1> <ul> <li>Background in business operations (finance, HR, vendor management, compliance).</li> <li>Experience supporting leadership in fast-moving, high-growth companies.</li> <li>Familiarity with tech or blockchain environments.</li> <li>Exposure to PMO methodologies (Agile, Lean, Six Sigma, or PMP/PMO training).</li> </ul> <p> </p> <h1>Why
