Head of AML and Sanctions

Dapper Labs is looking for a Head of AML and Sanctions to lead the compliance function for Dapper Wallet. Dapper Labs is the creator of NBA Top Shot, NFL All Day, and Flow blockchain. The role requires: - Legal, compliance and operational experience building and scaling globally compliant AML programs - Minimum 5 years experience managing, building and scaling compliance teams (including transaction monitoring, sanctions and KYC programs) - Lead the Financial Intelligence Unit (FIU), KYC policy, and sanctions investigations teams - Experience with crypto-native compliance frameworks and blockchain analytics tools - Strong knowledge of global AML/sanctions regulations (FATF, FinCEN, OFAC)
