Drift is looking for a UI/UX designer to be a core member of their product team and own the end-to-end experience on Drift — a leading derivatives exchange on Solana. Responsibilities: - Design, prototype, and build experiences that are simple and intuitive for DeFi users - Leverage product, interaction, and visual design skills to create elegant solutions to challenging problems - Navigate through ambiguity and design experiences that adapt to changing user needs across web and mobile - Partner with cross-functional teams from ideation to launch - Simplify complex DeFi concepts into intuitive experiences Requirements: - Experience with design and prototyping tools like Figma, Adobe, and Framer - Experience designing for DeFi or complex financial applications - Ability to own end-to-end design across web and mobile
