This role is responsible for coordinating CRM-related projects including new market integrations, system enhancements, new &amp; improved operating models, campaign implementations, integrations, and user adoption.</p> <p class="p1">The CRM Project Specialist acts as the link between technical teams, marketing, and customer operations to ensure the CRM platform is effectively leveraged to drive business growth and customer satisfaction.</p> <p class="p1"><em>We know that innovation ignites when we build and create together, in person. And that gives you an edge you can’t get anywhere else. </p> <p><strong>The impact you’ll make:</strong></p> <p class="p1"><strong>Project Coordination &amp; Implementation</strong></p> <ul class="ul1"> <li class="li1">Support the planning, execution, and delivery of CRM projects, new markets &amp; regulatory setup, including global promotions, new feature rollouts, data integrations, and process improvements.</li> <li class="li1">Develop project documentation such as briefs, timelines, stakeholder maps, and risk registers.</li> <li class="li1">Coordinate activities between internal teams, vendors, and external partners to ensure smooth project delivery.</li> <li class="li1">Track project milestones, dependencies, and progress against key deliverables.</li> </ul> <p class="p1"><strong>Operating Models &amp; Process Design<span class="Apple-converted-space"> </span></strong></p> <ul class="ul1"> <li class="li3">Design &amp; roll out best practise processes that streamline internal CRM functions<span class="Apple-converted-space"> </span></li> <li class="li3">Streamline relationship with Casino, Customer Service, Sportsbook, Product, Payments and marketing teams to ensure CRM can best support broader business priorities.</li> <li class="li1">Facilitate communication between business users and technical teams to ensure shared understanding.</li> <li class="li1">Provide support and training for CRM users to improve system adoption and capability.</li> </ul> <p class="p4"><strong>System Management &amp; Enhancements</strong></p> <ul class="ul1"> <li class="li1">Assist in the configuration, testing, and deployment of CRM functionality and integrations.</li> <li class="li1">Identify opportunities for automation, efficiency, and improved user experience within the CRM platform.</li> <li class="li1">Collaborate with IT and CRM administrators to troubleshoot issues and maintain data integrity.</li> <li class="li1">Ensure CRM updates and releases are implemented successfully with minimal disruption.</li> </ul> <p class="p4"><strong>Data &amp; Reporting</strong></p> <ul class="ul1"> <li class="li1">Support the creation and maintenance of CRM dashboard
