Owning day-to-day operations, coordinating tax, VAT, corporate filings and audits and running clean reporting across a global group, multi-currency, intercompany eliminations and all. VOD games, where AI-crafted characters play out real scenarios decided by RNG, a format with nothing like it in the market.</p> <p><strong>The impact you’ll make:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Take full ownership of day-to-day finance operations for the Juice Play entity, including accounting oversight and reporting</li> <li>Deliver accurate, timely monthly, quarterly and annual reporting for a global group, including multi-currency, intercompany eliminations and consolidation</li> <li>Support tax compliance, including VAT and corporate tax filings and coordinate audits</li> <li>Ensure finance and operational processes meet ATO obligations and broader iGaming regulatory expectations</li> <li>Design and implement finance and operational SOPs to support a growing business</li> <li>Select, implement and improve systems and workflows to drive efficient operations</li> <li>Provide financial insights to inform commercial decision-making and strategic initiatives</li> <li>Partner with internal and external stakeholders on structuring, intercompany arrangements and scalability planning</li> <li>Support the hiring and development of a small local finance/operations team over time</li> <li>Contribute to the broader operational needs of establishing and running the Juice Play entity</li> </ul> <p><strong>Your track record:</strong></p> <ul> <li>5+ years' experience in accounting or finance, including time in a Finance Manager or senior-level role</li> <li>Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or a related field</li> <li>Strong knowledge of tax compliance, VAT, corporate tax and audit coordination</li> <li>Experience operating within a regulated environment</li> <li>A track record of setting up or improving finance processes, systems and SOPs in a growing business</li> <li>Professional qualification (CPA / CA / ACCA or equivalent)</li> <li>Solid understanding of financial reporting standards (e.g. AASB/IFRS or equivalent)</li> </ul> <p><strong>Bonus points if you also have:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Experience within the iGaming industry, or exposure to its regulatory requirements</li> <li>Time spent in a high-growth tech or startup environment</li> <li>A history of hiring, mentoring or developing junior finance
