And that gives you an edge you can’t get anywhere else. </p> <p><strong>The impact you’ll make:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Manage and coordinate claims, disputes, arbitration, litigation and mediations across multiple jurisdictions, instructing external counsel, monitoring costs and case progress and advising the business on litigation risk and strategy.</li> <li>Identify and assess legal exposure early, advising on risk mitigation and helping the business manage contentious matters before they escalate, including enforcement, injunctions and interim relief.</li> <li>Run discovery and investigations, obtaining documents and information clearly as part of litigation and pre-litigation work.</li> <li>Support strategic transactions through due diligence and legal risk analysis and help streamline the way we manage disputes and litigation.</li> </ul> <p><strong>Your track record:</strong></p> <ul> <li>A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Law, admitted to practice in Australia, with 2 to 3 years PQE.</li> <li>Demonstrated experience managing commercial disputes across multiple forums, including court litigation, arbitration (domestic and international) and mediation.</li> <li>Able to manage large case loads and tight court deadlines, juggling multiple matters at once and prioritising effectively in a fast-paced environment.</li> <li>Excellent written and verbal English, with the ability to explain legal concepts clearly to non-legal stakeholders, plus strong negotiation skills.</li> </ul> <p><strong>Bonus points if you also have:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Certifications or experience in dispute resolution, international arbitration or commercial litigation.</li> <li>Familiarity with cross-border enforcement of judgments and arbitral awards.</li> <li>In-house claims-handling experience.</li> <li>Familiarity with online gambling regulations and/or the live streaming space and knowledge of the wider technology and digital entertainment landscape.</li> </ul> <p><strong>Here are our benefits and perks:</strong></p> <p><strong>Sharpening your edge</strong></p> <ul> <li>The ultimate sandbox.
