Fireblocks and Dynamic provide the simplest and most secure way for companies to work with digital assets and it trusted by some of the largest financial institutions, banks, globally-recognized brands, and Web3 companies in the world, including Stripe, Circle, Zerohash, BNY Mellon, BNP Paribas, ANZ Bank, Revolut, Magic Eden, and thousands more. </p> <p>The Director of Engineering for Platform will own the complex, highly-distributed systems required to deliver this vision at massive scale.</p> <p><strong>About The Team</strong></p> <p><strong>Founded in 2021</strong>, Dynamic's vision is that <strong>every app and website will integrate a wallet component</strong>, viewing wallets as <strong>foundational infrastructure</strong> for use cases like <strong>payroll, remittances, and global payments</strong>.</p> <p>The product centers on <strong>developer-first SDKs</strong> enabling seamless <strong>embedded wallet functionality</strong>. These wallets allow end users to <strong>create, manage, and use wallets without leaving the application</strong>.</p> <p>Dynamic has onboarded over <strong>50 million wallets</strong>. Within the joint entity, Dynamic focuses on the <strong>application-layer wallet experience and developer tooling</strong>, <strong>complementing Fireblocks’ core custody, security, and transaction infrastructure</strong>. The team emphasizes a strong product mindset, <strong>secure-by-default systems</strong>, and <strong>exceptional developer experience</strong>.</p> <p>The Platform team is the core engine of dynamic.xyz's backend, building and maintaining highly reliable, scalable, and secure foundational services. This includes the mission-critical <strong>Wallet-as-a-Service (WAAS)</strong>, the core <strong>Authentication Platform</strong>, and essential services like <strong>Balances, Events, and many integrations</strong>.
