This role spans the full investment lifecycle, including developing investment theses, sourcing, and evaluating opportunities, and supporting portfolio companies.<br>Investors at Galaxy Ventures operate with a high degree of autonomy and are expected to contribute meaningfully to investment decisions, including presenting thesis-driven opportunities to Galaxy’s investment committee.<br>You will be exposed to all aspects of the venture investment process, working alongside a small, high-conviction team investing across the convergence of financial services and digital assets, from early-stage startups through growth and pre-IPO.<br>You will interact regularly with portfolio company management teams and co-investors and play a meaningful role in evaluating new opportunities and monitoring portfolio performance.<br>The role requires strong self-motivation, analytical rigor, sound judgment, and a collaborative mindset.</p> <p><strong>What You’ll Do:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Build and maintain relationships with entrepreneurs, investors, and ecosystem participants to develop a strong sourcing network</li> <li>Develop investment theses through deep research into emerging market trends</li> <li>Source and evaluate potential investment opportunities</li> <li>Conduct in-depth due diligence and contribute to the team’s overall investment judgment</li> <li>Perform financial analysis including building financial models, valuations, comparable analysis, cap table and waterfall modeling</li> <li>Prepare and present investment memos and pitch decks for new and follow-on investments</li> <li>Support portfolio companies on corporate strategy, business development, and other high-priority initiatives</li> <li>Monitor portfolio company performance and track key metrics</li> <li>Pitching in on various firm related projects</li> </ul> <p> </p> <p><strong>What We’re Looking For:</strong></p> <ul> <li>A
