This is a technically deep, high-ownership role at the intersection of algorithmic strategy, decentralized finance, and protocol-level market structure. You will contribute across the full trading lifecycle — from building risk infrastructure and designing strategies to managing protocol relationships and structuring liquidity agreements.</span></p> <p style="text-align: left;"><strong>What You’ll Do:</strong></p> <p><em><span data-olk-copy-source="MessageBody">Risk &amp; Allocation</span></em></p> <ul style="text-align: left;"> <li><span data-olk-copy-source="MessageBody">Build and maintain risk monitoring systems and capital allocation algorithms for our onchain curator program</span></li> <li><span data-olk-copy-source="MessageBody">Contribute to quantitative frameworks for position sizing, exposure management, and drawdown controls across DeFi protocols</span></li> <li><span data-olk-copy-source="MessageBody">Support real-time portfolio risk tracking across chains and venues</span></li> </ul> <p><em><span data-olk-copy-source="MessageBody">Strategy Design &amp; Execution</span></em></p> <ul style="text-align: left;"> <li><span data-olk-copy-source="MessageBody">Design and operate bespoke trading strategies across DeFi protocols, including AMMs, lending markets, perpetuals, and structured products</span></li> <li><span data-olk-copy-source="MessageBody">Identify and exploit structural inefficiencies in on-chain markets, liquidity pools, and token incentive mechanisms</span></li> <li><span data-olk-copy-source="MessageBody">Iterate on live strategies based on on-chain data, protocol changes, and market microstructure developments</span></li> <li><span data-olk-copy-source="MessageBody">Monitor deployed strategies and manage operational incidents across multiple blockchains</span></l
