You will have a proven track record of building and benchmarking execution algorithms from the ground up.<br><br></p> <p>Ideally, you’ve been actively engaged with the crypto markets, or have a strong curiosity about them. In this role, you will take a lead in developing greenfield algorithmic trading systems, shaping the core of our next-generation trading infrastructure.</p> <p><br>You’ll work closely with trading teams, stakeholders, and external partners to deliver critical initiatives that drive our business forward. If you’re a natural problem-solver with a passion for hands-on technical development in a global, fast-paced environment, we want to hear from you.</p> <p style="text-align: left;"><strong>What You’ll Do:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Design and development of a low-latency, high-throughput EMS/Smart Order Router system</li> <li>Implement intelligent routing algorithms based on execution quality, liquidity, latency, and cost</li> <li>Collaborate with traders and product managers to refine routing logic and build new algorithmic capabilities</li> <li>Monitor and optimize system performance under real-world trading conditions</li> <li>Contribute to system resilience and business continuity</li> <li>Provide support for production trading issues</li> <li>Embrace and champion the thoughtful adoption of AI to improve team performance and business outcomes.</li> <li>Leverage AI tools (e.g., generative AI, automation platforms, data copilots) to improve productivity, decision-making, and output quality in your day-to-day work.</li> </ul> <p style="text-align: left;"><strong>What We’re Looking For:</strong></p> <ul> <li>8+ years of experience developing routing strategies for specific markets (e.g., FX Markets, crypto exchanges) in Java.</li> <li>Knowledge of tick data analytics and real-time market data processing.</li> <li>Familiarity with cl
