<p><strong>Summary:</strong> We are seeking an AI Engineer to join an innovative team in Shenzhen. This role involves developing cutting-edge AI solutions to support our next-generation Layer 1 blockchain project, focusing on institutional adoption and the tokenization of real-world assets. The AI Engineer will play a critical role in designing and implementing AI models that bridge traditional Web2 institutions into Web3.</p> <p><strong>Responsibilities:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Design and develop AI algorithms and models to support blockchain infrastructure.</li> <li>Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI solutions into blockchain applications.</li> <li>Analyze and interpret complex data sets to enhance decision-making processes.</li> <li>Implement machine learning models to improve blockchain scalability and efficiency.</li> <li>Ensure AI solutions comply with regulatory and security standards.</li> <li>Stay updated with the latest AI and blockchain technologies.</li> </ul> <p><strong>Required skills:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Computer Science, AI, Machine Learning, or a related field.</li> <li>Proven experience in AI and machine learning model development.</li> <li>Strong programming skills in languages such as Python, R, or Java.</li> <li>Familiarity with blockchain technology and decentralized applications.</li> <li>Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.</li> <li>Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.</li> <li>Proficiency in English and Mandarin is required.</li> </ul> <p> </p>
