Responsibilities: - Create and execute customized, targeted creative campaigns for different objectives (social media growth, product launches) - Build and manage quest campaigns using platforms like Galaxy and Zealy - Drive user acquisition and community growth for Web3 clients - Analyze campaign performance using analytics platforms and A/B testing Requirements: - Minimum 3 years of experience in growth hacking in the Web3 industry - Deep understanding of the Web3 and blockchain space, including key players, trends, and technologies - In-depth knowledge of quest campaigns (Galaxy, Zealy) - Proficiency in marketing automation tools, analytics platforms, and A/B testing software - In-depth knowledge of social media platforms, trends, and best practices - Ability to work in CET time zone
