MegaETH is building a next-generation Layer-2 blockchain with real-time execution and full Ethereum compatibility (raised $20M seed led by Dragonfly, $450M+ total commitments). 职责 Responsibilities: - Design and manage secure, scalable infrastructure for blockchain nodes and sequencers - Develop CI/CD pipelines and infrastructure-as-code (IaC) solutions - Build monitoring systems, dashboards, and on-call infrastructure (Prometheus, Grafana, Loki, ELK, OpenTelemetry) - Implement security best practices for key and secrets management - Optimize infrastructure for latency, throughput, and cost efficiency - Lead incident response and post-mortem reviews 要求 Requirements: - 5+ years of DevOps, SRE, or Infrastructure Engineering experience - Proficiency with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) and Kubernetes/Docker - Strong Infrastructure-as-Code skills (Terraform, Ansible, Helm, Pulumi) - CI/CD pipeline expertise - Linux systems administration and networking knowledge - Scripting ability in Bash, Python, Go, or Rust - Monitoring stack experience (Prometheus, Grafana, Loki, ELK, OpenTelemetry) 加分项 Preferred: - Blockchain infrastructure management (Ethereum nodes, validators, sequencers) - EVM and scaling technology knowledge - Distributed databases and consensus protocol understanding - Open-source contributions - Security audit and compliance experience
