We operate with institutional discipline and an entrepreneurial mindset, combining deep capital markets expertise with a conviction in the long-term significance of blockchain technology and digital assets.</p> <p>We are seeking an experienced, fundamentally driven discretionary Portfolio Manager to lead a dedicated strategy focused on publicly listed equities with meaningful exposure to the blockchain and digital asset ecosystem. This includes technology providers, infrastructure companies, miners, exchanges, and financial services firms building in the space.</p> <p>In this role, you will define the investment framework, drive stock selection, construct the portfolio, and manage risk. You will work alongside digital asset specialists, traders, and experienced investment professionals to build a differentiated, institutional-quality strategy.</p> <p><span style="text-decoration: underline;"><strong>Key Responsibilities:</strong></span></p> <ul> <li> <p>Manage a discretionary equity portfolio, with full accountability for position sizing, sector exposure, and risk management</p> </li> <li> <p>Apply a rigorous bottom-up research process to evaluate publicly listed companies across the blockchain and digital asset ecosystem</p> </li> <li> <p>Generate high-conviction long ideas grounded in deep financial analysis, competitive positioning, and management assessment</p> </li> <li> <p>Develop clear, defensible investment theses supported by detailed financial modeling and valuation analysis (DCF, comparables, scenario analysis)</p> </li> <li> <p>Continuously monitor portfolio holdings, industry developments, and evolving market structure to refine positioning</p> </li> <li> <p>Produce high-quality investment memos and communicate recommendations clearly to internal stakeholders and clients</p> </li> <li> <p>Contribute to broader thematic research at the intersection of digital assets and traditional financial markets<br><br></p> </li> </ul> <p><span style="text-decoration: underline;"><strong>Skill Set and Qualifications:</strong></span></p> <ul> <li> <p>5+ years of experience as a discretionary Portfolio Manager or Senior Fundamental Research Analyst within a hedge fund, asset manager, or investment bank, with a demonstrable track record</p> </li> <li> <p>Deep expertise in equity financial analysis, valuation, and portfolio construction</p> </li> <li> <p>Strong understanding of blockchain technology, digital asset market structure, and how public companies monetize this ecosystem</p> </li> <li> <p>Independent thinker with sound judgment and a disciplined investment process</p> </li> <li> <p>Ability to articulate complex investment ideas clearly and persuasively</p> </li> <li> <p>Proficiency in analytical tools such as Python or SQL is advantageous</p> </li> <li> <p>Fluent English speaker</p> </li> </ul> <p>If you are motivated by building and leading a focused strategy within a well-capitalized, institutionally backed platform — and by the opportunity to translate structural technological change into differentiated public equity investing — we would welcome a conversation.</p>
