We’ve demonstrated consistent execution with billions in secured value, thousands of supported projects, and infrastructure processing millions of transactions seamlessly.   The Role:   Offchain is looking for a Head of Social to lead our organic strategy across platforms and elevate the brands within our suite of products, including Offchain, Arbitrum, ZeroDev, Prysm, and Onchain Labs. This role requires a sophisticated blend of creativity, strategic thinking, and executional excellence. Balancing the fast-moving dynamics of the blockchain industry with the rigor of professional brand stewardship.   You will play a key role in maintaining consistency across the Arbitrum brand and our growing product ecosystem. We are looking for a leader who cares deeply about reinforcing the core truth behind each product, while bringing creativity and personality to how our story is told publicly. By collaborating closely with leadership, product marketing, and ecosystem partners, you will refine our messaging to ensure it remains clear, credible, and consistent across all products and channels. What you'll do: ： • Ensure all social content reinforces Arbitrum's core narrative. You will act as a brand partner—not a service desk—guiding internal teams toward stronger storytelling and more effective channel use • Translate complex technical developments into clear, credible narratives, pushing colleagues to articulate the who and why behind every announcement • Partner across the organisation to shape how launches, partnerships, and research are communicated, ensuring a consistent voice across the product ecosystem • Develop and execute cross-platform growth plans for X, LinkedIn, and YouTube, balancing business-focused content with broader industry and cultural storytelling • Own the social content calendar and internal operations, editing and publishing high-stakes content that strengthens brand credibility • Leverage AI tools and automation to streamline publishing workflows, scaling high-quality content while maintaining elite editorial standards • Direct internal teams and agencies to produce high-fidelity assets, including video, motion graphics, and technical visuals • Stay embedded in the "meta", identifying the though
