By concentrating liquidity, we aim to redefine the crypto landscape, making bridging and wrapped assets a thing of the past.<br><br>We are Orderly, and we are here to revolutionize DeFi, democratizing access to financial opportunities and fostering a fair, equitable paradigm for all.</p> <h2 style="text-align: center;">A Glimpse into Your Future at Orderly Network</h2> <p>Orderly's Social Media Assistant is responsible for building and managing a company's affiliate program, including recruiting new affiliates, maintaining relationships with existing ones, and negotiating contracts: </p> <p><em>What will you be working on?</em></p> <ul> <li>Join crypto-related Telegram and Discord communities and blend in naturally.</li> <li>Chat casually, hang out, and build genuine rapport with group members.</li> <li>Share reports, articles, and updates in a way that feels organic—like sharing with friends, not promoting.</li> <li>Spark discussion and clicks through thoughtful, well-timed posts.</li> <li>Work closely with the marketing team to align on what content to share and when.</li> <li>Track community reactions and iterate on approach for better engagement.</li> <li>Stay up to date with Web3 trends, memes, and community culture.</li> </ul> <p><em>About you</em></p> <ul> <li>You’re based in <strong>Ho Chi Minh City</strong> — this is an <strong>onsite</strong> role only.</li> <li>Fluent in English, especially writing — you’ll be posting in English-speaking groups.</li> <li>Deep understanding of crypto culture and group dynamics.</li> <li>Naturally social and a strong communicator — you know how to read the room.</li> <li>Creative, strategic, and subtle — you understand the difference between “sharing” and “shilling”.</li> <li>Bonus: experience in community management, crypto Twitter, or creating memes/posts that go viral.</li> </ul> <h2 style="text-align: center;"><strong>Interested in Learning More?</strong></h2> <ul> <li>Our hiring process begins by meeting with our People Team, who help facilitate the process of placing you in your new role.
