Pantera Capital is the first institutional investment firm focused exclusively on bitcoin, other digital currencies, and companies in the blockchain tech ecosystem, managing $4.8B across three strategies – passive, hedge, and venture. As an Investment Analyst, you will: - Research blockchain and cryptocurrency projects, analyze market trends, and prepare due diligence reports on potential investments - Source new investment opportunities, qualify leads, and conduct deal diligence through market research and technical analysis - Build and maintain financial models for portfolio companies and liquid positions - Monitor portfolio performance and track relevant industry developments - Contribute to investment memos and LP communications Requirements: - 1-3 years of experience in investment analysis, quantitative research, or crypto markets - Strong financial modeling and analytical skills - Deep understanding of blockchain technology and cryptocurrency markets - Excellent written and verbal communication skills - New York-based or willing to relocate
