Phala Network is looking for a Marketing Manager for a full-time, 100% remote position. The ideal candidate has 3-5 years of Web3 marketing experience. Key Responsibilities: 1. Social Media Management: Develop and implement strategies to enhance visibility and interaction on platforms such as X, LinkedIn, Reddit and Facebook. Create and curate content, manage posts, and analyze data to optimize reach and engagement. 2. Community Engagement: Spearhead the growth of community by actively engaging prospective and existing members via Discord, Telegram and through strategically planned virtual events, workshops, and AMAs, with the goal of building a lively and informed community. 3. Ambassador Leadership: Oversee the ambassador program, recruiting and coordinating with influential community members to promote Phala Network initiatives. 4. Growth Contribution: Enhance Phala's online presence and contribute to growth in the AI x blockchain sector. Requirements: - 3-5 years of Web3 marketing experience - Experience in community building and social media management - Strong understanding of DeFi/blockchain/AI landscape - Ability to work independently in a remote environment Location: Remote (Worldwide)
