Plume has built an EVM-compatible blockchain purpose-built for Real World Assets (RWAs) that's fast, efficient, and incredibly cheap, along with an end-to-end onboarding platform that lets asset issuers deploy their RWAs onchain. The network includes 180+ RWA companies building dApps and tokenizing assets on Plume's testnet, ranging from collectibles and real estate to equities and private credit. Responsibilities include: - Designing and optimizing scalable ETL pipelines managing data from blockchain networks and third-party APIs - Ensuring data accuracy through robust validation processes - Supporting data-driven decisions across product, growth, and protocol teams Requirements: - 5+ years of experience in data science, particularly in DeFi or related technology sectors - Extensive experience in data modeling and ETL processes - Demonstrated ability to handle complex blockchain datasets - Deep passion for blockchain technology and DeFi
