Senior Product Designer

Privy builds authentication and cryptographic key management tools powering onboarding for hundreds of companies built on blockchain infrastructure. As the second Product Designer, you'll join the founding designer to shape the future of Privy's products. Responsibilities: - Lead end-to-end design processes: user research, UX flows, prototypes, high-fidelity designs - Partner with engineers to rapidly ship delightful experiences balancing user needs and business goals - Conduct user research and usability testing to validate solutions - Contribute to the design system and establish scalable patterns - Use data and customer insights to influence product strategy - Help expand and shape the design team's vision Requirements: - 5+ years of product design experience shipping web products at scale - Proficiency in Figma or equivalent design tools - Expertise in human-centered design, UX principles, and interaction design - Strong communication and collaboration skills - Experience in developer-facing products, web3 infrastructure, or fintech is a plus - Fully remote, US-based
