And we get to do the best work of our career and grow our skills surrounded by colleagues who have our backs. </span></p> <p><span style="font-weight: 400;">If you’re ready to see your impact and unlock incredible career growth opportunities, join us, and build real world value.</span></p></div><h2>WHAT YOU'LL DO</h2> <ul> <li>Own and implement the content strategy that fuels our growth marketing and demand generation efforts across the full funnel.</li> <li>Partner closely with Growth, Product Marketing, Brand and Comms to translate campaign priorities into high-performing content assets.</li> <li>Develop and manage multi-channel content programs including paid media content, landing pages, email nurture sequences, case studies, sales enablement materials, webinars, and thought leadership.</li> <li>Write and be responsible for production of compelling, conversion-focused content optimized for performance and experimentation.</li> <li>Manage the editorial calendar aligned to growth goals and revenue targets.</li> <li>Use performance data to continuously test, iterate, and optimize messaging, formats, and distribution channels.</li> <li>Ensure consistent brand voice and messaging across all demand gen touchpoints.</li> <li>Support SEO-driven growth initiatives in collaboration with the organic/SEO team.</li> <li>Track and report on content performance, pipeline impact, and ROI.</li> </ul> <h2>WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR</h2> <ul> <li>5+ years of experience in content marketing, ideally focused on demand generation or growth marketing in a B2B environment.</li> <li>Proven track record of creating content that drives measurable pipeline and revenue impact.</li> <li>Strong writing and editing skills with the ability to adapt tone for different channels and audience segments.</li> <li>Deep understanding of full-funnel marketing and how content supports each stage.</li> <li>Experience partnering cross-functionally with a variety of teams.</li> <li>Proficient in Asana, GSuite, Slack, Content Management Systems (Sanity), AI tools</li> <li>Strong attention to detail, understanding that quality takes precedence over speed or quantity.</li> <li>Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.</li> <li>Strategic thinker who is also comfortable rolling up their sleeves to execute.</li> <li>Experience in the financial services or blockchain industry strongly preferred.</li> </ul><div class="content-pay-transparency"><div class="pay-input"><div class="description"><p>For positions that will be based in IL, the annual salary range for this position is below.
