As an Onboarding Analyst, you will coordinate documentation logistics and provide ongoing Due Diligence/KYC support for our financial institutional partners. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of institutional onboarding processes, excellent organizational skills, and a passion for delivering confidential information efficiently and accurately.</p> <p>Reporting into the Director of Network and Strategic Partner Onboarding, the role will be a frontline point of contact with our Network Financial Partners, Business Development, Sales and Customer Success teams, and liaising with multiple internal key collaborators such as Compliance, Legal, and Finance, etc., to facilitate efficient onboarding onto various financial institutional partners. Communications and day-to-day interactions with a broad-based audience require excellent written and verbal communication skills. Additionally, due to the need for high accuracy and compliance with reporting and regulatory matters, a professional with attention to detail and a high degree of process focus is required.</p> <p><strong>WHAT YOU’LL DO:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Manage the end-to-end counterparty onboarding lifecycle from initial request to go-live, including Jira ticket creation and tracking, user access provisioning, and handoff coordination with Operational teams.</li> <li>Coordinate the update and/or remediation of DDQ/KYC for Ripple Entity profiles as a consequence of material changes.</li> <li>Participate in testing and validation of data integrity in various applications such as Salesforce, Treasury Management Systems, and Reporting.</li> <li>Lead or support infrastructure-building projects including Salesforce workflow design, Confluence documentation, Safebase knowledge base development, and AI-assisted tooling (e.g., Claude).</li> <li>Ensure weekly reports and meeting agendas are generated and distributed timely.</li> <li>Engage with both internal and external collaborators to support the onboarding process.</li> <li>Run weekly/monthly reports and maintain reporting/documentation repositories.</li> <li>Support periodic KYC Refresh reviews for existing counterparties and customers, ensuring documentation remains current and compliant; manage and track user access across Ripple’s systems</li> <li>Facilitate the documentation needs of the Business by coordinating notary/apostilled, translations, and wet ink/Docusign signatures with internal authorized signatories</li> <li>Coordinate ambitious deliverables, ensuring timely communication, and serve as a point of escalation for onboarding concerns</li> <li>Perform administrative tasks, including scanning documents and filing requirements</li> </ul> <p><strong>WHAT YOU’LL BRING:</strong></p> <ul> <li>1–2 years of relevant Institutional Onboarding experience with multinational corporations or financial institutions</li> <li>Outstanding organizational and communication skills with an ability to drive multiple tasks and projects simultaneously and diligently</li> <li>Thrive in a fast-paced environment, willing to chart new paths, and agile to changing priorities</li> <li>Comfortable with
