Serotonin is seeking a hands-on Growth Marketing Manager to collaborate with the Director of Growth Marketing. The role focuses on constructing tailored growth systems to meet client OKRs, fast campaign implementation, and strong organizational and communication skills. Key Responsibilities: - Build tailored growth systems and marketing strategies for Web3/crypto clients - Fast campaign implementation across multiple accounts - Manage multiple clients and projects simultaneously - Work with a global team on blockchain marketing initiatives Requirements: - Heavy experience with blockchain/Web3 or fintech - A desire and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with impeccable organizational skills - Ability to prioritize resources and manage multiple clients/projects simultaneously - Experience working with a global team - Experience working at a performance marketing agency preferred - High comfort working across accounts Bonus: Have lived off of crypto for any point of your life, or materially contributed to a DAO Location: Remote (Worldwide)
