<h3 data-path-to-node="3"><strong>About The Role</strong></h3> <p data-path-to-node="4">We are looking for a Compliance Manager (Customer Due Diligence) to lead our CDD team and take ownership of high-risk onboarding across corporate customers, individuals, and card programs. In this role, you will manage a team of CDD analysts—overseeing their workload, coaching, and skill development—and serve as the critical quality gate before cases reach the Head of Compliance and the Due Diligence Committee (DDC).</p> <p data-path-to-node="5">Beyond onboarding, you will own periodic reviews and ongoing monitoring, author the onboarding playbook utilized by the Operations team, and ensure the division of responsibilities between Compliance and Ops remains clearly defined. You will also spearhead projects related to due diligence tooling and vendor governance.
