<h3 data-path-to-node="2">About The Role</h3> <p data-path-to-node="3">We are looking for a Program Manager to join our Program Management Office. Partnering with the Senior Program Manager, you will help shape how the StraitsX Product organization operates and scales. This role sits at the center of how our Product team plans, communicates, and continuously improves. You will drive recurring reviews, cross-team enablement, and the training pipeline that keeps every PM up to speed, while also contributing to strategic initiatives that shape the team's long-term direction.</p> <p data-path-to-node="4">This position requires equal comfort with process design and hands-on execution. You will build the systems and stakeholder cadences that keep a fast-moving Product organization aligned—catching dependencies and risks before they surface as problems. We move fast and treat AI as a core capability; you will leverage AI tools to automate coordination and reporting, freeing up your capacity to focus on higher-value, strategic work.</p> <p data-path-to-node="5"><em data-path-to-node="5" data-index-in-node="0">Note: This position is based in Jakarta and requires close collaboration with our Product, Commercial, People, and Engineering teams across Singapore and Indonesia.</em></p> <h3 data-path-to-node="6">What You Will Do</h3> <ul data-path-to-node="7"> <li> <p data-path-to-node="7,0,0"><strong data-path-to-node="7,0,0" data-index-in-node="0">Strategic Initiatives:</strong><span class="Apple-converted-space"> </span>Partner on key initiatives that expand the scope and impact of the PMO, leveraging strong AI fluency to influence tool adoption and improve ways of working across the team.</p> </li> <li> <p data-path-to-node="7,1,0"><strong data-path-to-node="7,1,0" data-index-in-node="0">Operating Cadence &amp; Rituals:</strong><span class="Apple-converted-space"> </span>Manage the operating cadence for the Product organization's key meetings and reviews—from agenda-setting to tracking decisions. Support core rituals like planning, reporting, and knowledge-sharing through reliable coordination.</p> </li> <li> <p data-path-to-node="7,2,0"><strong data-path-to-node="7,2,0" data-index-in-node="0">Risk Systems &amp; Follow-Through:</strong><span class="Apple-converted-space"> </span>Design lightweight systems to identify dependencies and risks early.
