About the role We’re looking for a compensation-minded operator with strong data fluency and a builder’s instinct for scale. You’ll own the end-to-end token grants process - designing the infrastructure, controls, and automations that keep awards accurate, auditable, and fast as volume grows. This role is similar to an equity administrator in the “award lifecycle” sense, but it’s more compensation-program-oriented than equity accounting: you’ll focus on program execution, stakeholder enablement, forecasting, and data integrity - building systems that make token compensation simple and reliable for employees and leaders. In this role, you will: - Own token award programs and processes end-to-end: candidate/employee education, grant creation, acceptance, tracking, vesting/release events, and employee-facing updates - Maintain token pool visibility, Partner with Finance and People leadership on budgeting and ongoing forecasting, and develop dashboards and recurring reporting that leaders can trust and self-serve - Serve as the primary point of contact for compensation inquiries and scale enablement through docs, FAQs, and internal training - Own data integrity across token
