Role Overview As a Technical Product Manager, you will spearhead the development of a new project incubated internally — a unique opportunity to take charge of developing and delivering an innovative decentralised exchange for spot and derivatives trading, from scratch. Key Responsibilities • Develop and communicate clear product strategies for tokenisation of commodities and trading via DEX and CEX • Develop relationships with DEX and CEX businesses and ecosystem partners • Collaborate with cross-functional teams for successful product launches • Conduct market research to identify customer needs and market opportunities • Monitor industry regulations and compliance standards pertinent to blockchain products • Own the product roadmap and delivery timeline Requirements • Solid understanding of blockchain technologies and dApps • Experience with DeFi protocols and decentralised exchanges • Technical background preferred with ability to work closely with engineers • Strong product strategy and stakeholder management skills • Based in or willing to work from London
