If you align with our core values—Stay Curious, Have Empathy, and Be Accountable—and are ready to make a significant impact, we encourage you to apply.</p></div><p><strong>Your Role:</strong><span style="font-weight: 400;"> </span></p> <p>We are seeking an experienced accounting professional to oversee the full spectrum of accounting activities for our Japan entity.</p> <p>In this role, you will be responsible for both securities accounting for our regulated securities business and general corporate accounting for the operating company. You will play a critical role in supporting the financial and accounting functions of the Japan entity through regulatory capital management, regulatory reporting, financial close processes, cash management, payment operations, and financial reporting.</p> <p>In addition to calculating and monitoring the Capital Adequacy Ratio (CAR), you will contribute to capital planning and capital strategy development to support business growth and new business initiatives. Working closely with senior management and global finance teams, you will help build and maintain a strong financial foundation that supports sustainable growth while ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.</p> <p>You will also collaborate with global finance teams and stakeholders across multiple jurisdictions to drive operational excellence and continuous improvement.
