What you'll do • Product planning and design: Lead the demand analysis, functional design and product planning of AI+financial products, and formulate product roadmaps. In-depth analysis of the pain points of financial business, combined with AI technology for product innovation and optimization, and promote the implementation of AI models and algorithms in the financial industry (such as intelligent risk control, quantitative investment, personalized financial management, anti-fraud, etc.). • Algorithm and technology promotion: Coordinate and promote the AI ​​algorithm team to develop LLM large language models, machine learning, deep learning and other models that meet the needs of the financial industry. Track the development trend of AI technology, evaluate and introduce cutting-edge algorithms and technologies, and continuously improve product competitiveness. • Product implementation and optimization: Responsible for product life cycle management, coordinate resources from all parties to promote project implementation and launch. Continuously optimize product functions and performance, and improve product market adaptability and user satisfaction. • Cross-departmental communication and coordination: The technical team, data science team, business team and other functional departments work closely together to ensure efficient collaboration in product development and implementation. What you'll need • Bachelor degree or above in computer science, financial engineering, data science, mathematics, statistics and other related majors, master degree or above is preferred. • At least 5 years of experience as an AI and algorithm-related product manager, with a background in the financial industry (such as banking, insurance, securities, asset management, etc.) preferred. • Rich experience in AI and big data algorithm applications, familiar with the principles of machine learning, deep learning, reinforcement learning and other algorithms and their applications in the financial field. • Familiar with common application scenarios in the financial industry, such as credit scoring, risk management, algorithmic trading, portfolio optimization, etc. • Good cross-departmental communication and collaboration capabilities, able to effectively promote project progress. • Strong business sensitivity and market insight, able to design practical AI products based on business needs. • Good English communication skills, able to read and understand English technical literature.
