What you'll do • Visual Asset Design: Proficient in mainstream AI workflows such as SD+ControlNet+LoRA or Midjourney, with experience in custom model training to produce high-quality images that seamlessly integrate creativity with visual impact. • Utilize AI tools to prepare visual assets, perform layout/compositing in tools like Photoshop, and efficiently produce batches of content. (This is crucial—must possess custom model training capabilities) • AI Video Production: Generate premium video content using AIGC tools, with proficiency in video editing and color grading. • Traditional Design Workflow Optimization: Identify AI-driven solutions for traditional design processes based on application scenarios, proposing corresponding framework solutions. • Develop Stable Diffusion LoRA model libraries and train brand-specific design models. What you'll need • Bachelor's degree or higher in design, art, or related fields, with a solid foundation in design theory and creative thinking. (Exceptionally talented candidates may be exempt from this requirement.) • Excellent visual design skills with the ability to independently complete design tasks. Demonstrated experience in the full AIGC workflow, from concept to project implementation. • Demonstrate full-cycle AIGC proficiency, mastering AI tools like Midjourney/ComfyUI/Runway to optimize end-to-end workflows. • Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere, etc.). • Proactively explore cutting-edge AI technologies, experiment with diverse AI tools, plugins, and models to enhance productivity.
