What you'll do • Design and develop the core architecture of the Swap aggregator, optimizing aggregation and order-splitting algorithms. • Conduct in-depth research and implement optimal trading path algorithms for cross-chain and on-chain DEXs, ensuring efficient and low-cost trading experiences. • Be familiar with major public blockchain ecosystems (such as Ethereum, BSC, Solana, Polygon, etc.), and implement on-chain data parsing and interactions. • Design and implement cross-chain asset transfer logic, optimizing on-chain trading performance and security. • Build high-concurrency, high-availability backend services to ensure stable operation under heavy trading volumes. • Optimize system performance, including latency, throughput, and resource utilization. • Continuously track the development trends of Web3, swap aggregators, and blockchain technology, delivering innovative solutions. • Explore emerging on-chain technologies to provide a competitive edge for the company’s products. What you'll need • Proficient in Golang with extensive server-side development experience. • Deep understanding of swap aggregator architecture and order-splitting algorithms; familiar with aggregator solutions such as 1inch, Uniswap, etc. • Skilled in on-chain data parsing and DEX (Decentralized Exchange) algorithms, including AMM and order book models. • Familiar with the underlying logic and development tools of major public blockchain ecosystems (such as Ethereum, BSC, Polygon, etc.). • Experience in smart contract development or contract interactions; able to quickly analyze on-chain data and trading logic. • Extensive experience in designing high-concurrency, high-availability system architecture; proficient in performance optimization and complex system decomposition. • Deep understanding of distributed systems, caching technologies, and message queues. • Experience working in Web3, blockchain, or fintech industries; familiar with DEX and swap aggregator business logic. • Understanding of cryptocurrency market mechanisms, with practical research experience in trading cost and gas optimization. 岗位职责 • 负责Swap聚合器核心架构的设计与开发，优化聚合与拆单算法。 • 深入研究并实现跨链与链上DEX的交易路径最优解算法，确保高效、低成本的交易体验。 • 熟悉各主流公链生态（如Ethereum、BSC、Solana、Polygon等），实现链上数据解析与交互。 • 设计并实现跨链资产流转逻辑，优化链上交易性能与安全性。 • 构建高并发、高可用的后端服务，确保服务在高交易量场景下稳定运行。 • 优化系统性能，包括延迟、吞吐量及资源使用率。 • 持续跟踪Web3、Swap聚合器及区块链技术发展趋势，输出创新解决方案。 • 探索新兴链上技术，为公司产品提供竞争优势 任职要求 • 精通Golang语言，拥有丰富的服务端开发经验。 • 深入理解Swap聚合器架构及拆单算法，熟悉如1inch、Uniswap等聚合器技术方案。 • 精通链上数据解析与DEX（去中心化交易所）算法，包括AMM、订单簿等模型。 • 熟悉主流公链生态系统（如Ethereum、BSC、Polygon等）的底层逻辑及开发工具。 • 具备合约开发或合约交互经验，能快速分析链上数据及交易逻辑。 • 丰富的高并发、高可用系统架构设计经验，擅长性能优化及复杂系统拆分。 • 对分布式系统、缓存技术及消息队列等有深刻理解。 • 具备Web3、区块链或金融科技行业工作经验，熟悉DEX和Swap聚合器的业务逻辑。 • 理解加密货币市场运行机制，对交易成本、Gas优化等有实际研究经验。 加分项 • 熟悉Rust、Solidity等区块链开发语言。 • 有以下公司 如OKX、1inch、Jupiter、Unizen、Uniswap、0x 相关业务从业经验。 • 在Swap聚合器算法优化、跨链技术方向有创新性成果。 If you are ambitious and believe that digital assets could be the next financial and technological revolution, please apply!
