What you'll do Institutional & VIP Trading Solutions • Provide trading/execution solutions for VIP, professional and institutional clients: product/contract setup, leverage & margin, trading rules, execution path and slippage explanation, liquidity/routing recommendations, etc. • Partner with Sales/Channels/Client teams to clarify institutional requirements, support onboarding, and propose implementable setups (LP mix, routing/hedging, markups/rebates, risk limits and operating workflows). • Collect and analyze VIP/institutional feedback on spreads, fill rates, slippage and platform experience; drive internal improvements with clear ownership and closure. Liquidity & Execution Management • Coordinate with LPs, validate pricing quality and stability, and monitor execution KPIs (spreads, slippage, rejects/requotes, fill rates, latency, outliers). • Maintain LP scorecards (by symbol/time/volatility regimes) and drive improvements in LP performance and routing decisions. • Maintain and optimize A/B book or STP/ECN execution, routing and hedging policies aligned with risk and compliance requirements. MT5 & Bridge/Aggregator Operations • Operate MT5 and bridge/aggregators: health checks, parameter changes, upgrades, UAT, rollback planning and change management. • Configure MT5 groups/symbols, margin & leverage, commissions & swaps, markups/rebates, routing/hedging rules and risk limits. • Troubleshoot the execution chain via logs/reports: order anomalies, pricing sessions, routing, FIX connectivity, latency and packet loss; drive resolution with IT/vendors. Trade Support & Operational Controls • Handle MT5 tickets on order status, rejections/slippage, margin/leverage, PnL/swaps/commissions and platform issues with clear findings, evidence and fixes. • Perform daily reconciliations and operational controls (trades/positions/balances/fees) and produce T+0/T+1 reports. Risk & Compliance Liaison • Interpret trading/risk reports, monitor net exposure, concentrations, NOP and suspicious activities; enforce SOPs and audit trails. • Produce risk alerts and concise market briefs during high volatility; provide trading-side explanations to Business/Sales/Support. Documentation & Continuous Improvement • Maintain runbooks/SOPs, conduct post-incident reviews, enhance monitoring/KPIs and drive continuous process/system improvements. What you'll need • Preferred experience includes one or more of the following: • CFD Liquidity Provider (LP): Trading Ops / Risk / Execution / Coverage; or • CFD Broker: dealing, trading ops, risk, execution; or • CFD infrastructure vendor: MT5/bridge/aggregator implementation & operations; • Institutional-facing BD/solutioning experience is a strong plus. • Strong knowledge of institutional execution and risk concepts: STP/ECN, A/B book, routing/hedging, institutional liquidity & pricing structure, leverage/margin, NOP/net exposure management. • Experience working with brokers, IBs, LPs, prime/bridge vendors; capable of delivering professional service and actionable solutions. • Excellent communication and presentation skills; able to explain execution quality, trading rules and incident root causes in a structured manner and drive cross-team delivery. •
