What you'll do • Review and handle daily compliance requests from law enforcement and external parties with precision and professionalism • Conduct investigations in line with internal procedures, ensuring quality and timeliness, support RFIs and contribute to the development of SOPs and compliance policies • Make preliminary case assessments and recommend escalation or mitigation actions, analyse transactions and account activity requiring further scrutiny • Assist with broader AML/CFT including KYC, KYT, and Transaction Monitoring (TM). • Collaborate cross-functionally with Legal, Product, Risk, and Ops to deliver compliance outcomes • Participate in ad-hoc projects to assess and manage financial crime risks across the platform What you'll need • Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy, Banking, Business, Law, or related field • 2+ years in AML/CFT investigations, account activity analysis, or due diligence within financial services (crypto/fintech experience is a plus) • Strong grasp of compliance frameworks and industry best practices • Familiarity with blockchain analytics tools (e.g. Chainalysis) • Demonstrates independence while collaborating effectively across teams, with strong analytical and documentation capabilities. • Excellent communication skills across regions and functions • Fluent in English and Mandarin (written and spoken) • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel); organized, detail-oriented, and results-driven Why Bitget? • Bitget is the world's leading web 3 platform for copy trading and one of the world's largest and most respected exchanges • We are a global company with staff members from over 50 different countries and regions • We are growing and looking for world-class ambitious talents to help us continue this journey • We have a streamlined structure that empowers employees to work efficiently, delivering the best results in a short timeframe • We offer competitive salaries and benefits • Blockchain technology and digital assets have the potential to change finance in a way no other technology can - be part of it!
