What you'll do • Based on business goals and models, build a comprehensive, accurate, and business-reflective metrics system; monitor business performance through this system, promptly identify and locate issues or opportunities, and drive implementation. • Develop a data-driven operations framework, and collaborate with relevant teams to build data-driven operational capabilities, including product features and data modeling especially in growth, onchain, and modelling. • Conduct in-depth analysis on specific business issues through thematic research, providing data and decision-making support for business decisions such as platform mechanisms, product direction, industry strategies, and resource allocation; generate actionable business recommendations. • Perform exploratory data analysis to uncover user search behavior and habits, providing insights and guidance to enhance the user search experience. • Familiar with dimensional modeling and has experience in transactional or growth industries. • Collaborate with the data warehouse to continuously optimize data governance. • Provide data analysis and insights for the business. What you'll need • Bachelor’s degree or above in data mining, statistics, information and computational science, mathematics, or related fields; prior experience in data analysis for internet or wallet-related products is preferred. • Proficient in using data analysis tools and skilled in SQL; capable of independently writing and presenting business data analysis reports. • Experience in extracting valuable information from massive datasets, conducting aggregation and analysis, and presenting results through data visualization. • Strong learning ability, solid logical thinking skills, and effective communication capabilities. • At least 2 years of experience in data analysis for exchanges, brokers, or Web3 trading platforms; • Solid data engineering skills, familiar with dimensional modeling, tracking data points, indicator systems, and product and growth analysis frameworks; • Data visualization experience, familiar with tools such as DataWind and QuickBI; • Strong ability to work under pressure. 岗位职责 • 基于业务目标和模式，构建全面、准确、能真实反映业务的指标体系；通过该体系监控业务表现，及时发现和定位问题或机会，并推动落实。 • 建立数据驱动的运营框架，并与相关团队协作，构建数据驱动的运营能力，包括产品功能与数据建模。 • 针对具体业务问题进行深入分析和专题研究，为平台机制、产品方向、行业策略及资源分配等业务决策提供数据与决策支持，并提出可执行的业务建议。 • 开展探索性数据分析，挖掘用户搜索行为与习惯，提供洞察和指导，优化用户搜索体验。 • 熟悉维度建模，具备交易型或增长型行业经验。 • 与数据仓库协作，不断优化数据治理。 • 为业务提供数据分析和洞察支持。 任职要求 • 本科及以上学历，数据挖掘、统计学、信息与计算科学、数学或相关专业背景；有互联网或钱包相关产品数据分析经验者优先。 • 熟练使用数据分析工具，精通 SQL；能够独立撰写并呈现业务数据分析报告。 • 具备从海量数据中提取有价值信息、进行汇总和分析的能力，并能通过数据可视化展示结果。 • 学习能力强，逻辑思维扎实，沟通能力良好。 • 至少 2 年交易所、券商或 Web3 交易平台数据分析经验。 • 具备扎实的数据工程能力，熟悉维度建模、埋点设计、指标体系以及产品与增长分析框架。 • 具备数据可视化经验，熟悉 DataWind、QuickBI 等工具。 • 具备较强的抗压能力。 If you are ambitious and believe that digital assets could be the next financial and technological revolution, please apply!
