What you'll do • Provide data support across all business lines of the exchange, including but not limited to Spot/Derivatives (Futures, Margin, Options), Wealth Management/Lending, Funds & Deposit/Withdrawal, Growth & Marketing, Institutional/VIP, Risk & Compliance, Customer Service and Operations. Quickly understand key business flows and rules, and translate business questions into measurable metrics and analytical frameworks. • KPI system collaboration and governance: the KPI system is primarily built by business teams and/or the data middle platform. As a Data BP, you are expected to deeply understand business goals and operating actions, help business teams define and establish metrics (definitions, dimensions, granularity, boundaries), and take ownership of KPI governance (definition alignment, versioning, lineage/usage documentation, data reconciliation & quality checks, change impact assessment and communication). • Monitoring and root-cause analysis: build and maintain core business/operations/risk dashboards and alerting mechanisms. Monitor key metrics on a daily basis, analyze metric dynamics periodically, identify and diagnose anomalies promptly, and provide actionable intervention/adjustment suggestions with closed-loop tracking and post-mortems. • Requirement abstraction and cross-team delivery: consolidate scattered business requests into structured requirements. Abstract business logic and metric definitions into data models (subject areas, fact/dimension tables, wide tables, aggregates, field definitions), produce deliverable requirement documents and work with the data warehouse engineering team to implement them. Abstract dashboard, self-service analytics, metric query, alert subscription, etc. into data tool/product requirements and drive roadmap planning, acceptance and iteration with the data product team. • Cross-functional collaboration: work closely with Product, Operations, Risk Strategy, Engineering and Data Warehouse teams to drive requirement review, development acceptance, go-live iterations and effectiveness reviews; act as the data owner for key domains. • Ownership and “dirty work” coverage: go beyond responding to requests; proactively discover issues and propose analytical directions/solutions. Be willing to cover critical yet tedious work such as definition alignment, data quality troubleshooting, historical backfills, pipeline/root-cause debugging, and dashboard iteration/maintenance. What you'll need • 3+ years of experience in data engineering/data analytics/data BP/business analytics; experience in crypto exchanges, financial services, internet growth, or financial/fund management is a plus. • Proficient in SQL with strong data analysis and data engineering capabilities; highly data-sensitive and able to derive actionable insights from large-scale data. • Solid offline SQL development skills: able to independently develop and schedule offline warehouse jobs (layered modeling, wide/aggregate table development, incremental/full processing, performance tuning, reconciliation and data quality validations). • Flink real-time development skills: able to build real-time pipelines for metrics and detailed events using Flink; familiar with common streaming patterns (window aggregation, di
