What you'll do • Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual consolidated financial statements for a complex, multi-currency, and multi-jurisdictional corporate structure. • Review financial reporting packages from regional finance teams to ensure compliance with group accounting policies. • Identify and quantify the differences of the group's financials in IFRS and US GAAP, and prepare the GAAP bridge documentation accordingly. • Liasie with group external auditor in managing the annual audit process. • Collaborate closely with legal counsel, business and regional finance teams. • Work together with the system team to design, implement, and optimize an automated group consolidation system and reporting frameworks to improve efficiency. • Support management in ad hoc strategic initiatives (e.g., capital structuring, fundraising). What you'll need • Qualified accountant (CPA, AICPA, ACA, or equivalent) is preferred. • 5+ years of work experience in financial accounting (Big 4 or US-listed companies experience is highly beneficial). • Solid knowledge of IFRS is required (understanding of US GAAP is a big plus). • Proven ability to manage group consolidation and financial reporting. • Experience and knowledge of fintech, Web3, digital assets, start-up, SEC reporting, audit, ERP systems (e.g., NetSuite, Oracle, SAP) are advantageous. • Proactive, energetic and hands-on problem solver who can work both independently and in a team. • Good command of written and spoken English.
