What you'll do • Responsible for the product design of the core underlying trading risk-control mechanisms of the exchange. Lead the rule design, iteration, and optimization of key modules, including the margin model, liquidation engine, Auto-Deleveraging (ADL), and insurance fund. • The business scope covers traditional cryptocurrency futures/contracts as well as new products such as Stock Tokens and stock perpetual contracts. The role requires a strong understanding of the underlying mechanisms of derivatives and the ability to translate them into executable product solutions, including PRDs, rule tables, and acceptance criteria. Work closely with quantitative, risk control, and engineering teams to turn risk models from formulas into productized solutions. What you'll need • More than 5 years of experience as a financial product manager, including at least 3 years of experience in trading product design at a centralized cryptocurrency exchange (CEX). Experience with futures/contracts or derivatives products is required. • Deep understanding of trading risk-control mechanisms, with the ability to clearly explain the complete logic flow of the three major modules: margin, liquidation, and ADL. This means not merely being familiar with these concepts, but being able to draw state machines and identify design pitfalls in edge cases. • Strong quantitative and data analysis capabilities. Proficient in using SQL to independently retrieve and analyze data, and able to use Excel/Google Sheets to build and simulate parameter models.
