What you'll do • Product iteration: Benchmarking top contract exchanges, collaborating with product and R & D teams to optimize contract trading products, identifying product shortcomings and promoting implementation to improve user experience and competitiveness. • Demand insight: Regularly conduct competing product research and user interviews, output feasible product and operational suggestions, XFN promotes the solution of core pain points. • User growth: Operate retail and professional traders in layers, design differentiated incentive and activity plans, and improve contract user engagement rate and transaction scale. • Collaborate with the risk control team to assist in designing and optimizing risk control strategies. What you'll need • More than 3 years experience in mainstream exchange operation or product position. • Deeply understand the logic of contract trading, be familiar with margin mechanism, funding rate, clearing rules and arbitrage, hedging and other strategies. • Familiarize yourself with the portraits and demand points of various contract traders. • Have the ability to analyze data, and be able to find problems and drive decisions from transaction data. • English can be given priority as a daily working language.
