What you'll do • Own the end‑to‑end product lifecycle for institutional clients, including continuous iteration and optimization of the front‑end portal, entitlement/benefit management and related features. • Design tiered fee models for institutional clients (e.g. volume‑tiered pricing, volume‑based rebates, market‑maker incentive schemes) to increase platform revenue and client stickiness. • Monitor the performance of fee strategies and continuously iterate product features based on market data and client behavior/usage data. • Lead product planning and functional design for institutional back‑office systems (e.g. client management portals, fee & rebate management tools). • Drive cross‑functional collaboration with Tech, Finance, Compliance and other teams to ensure systems operate efficiently and securely.
