What you'll do • Design and iteration of trading risk control strategies: Participate in the construction of trading risk control strategies for DEX contracts, including designing a multi-dimensional risk control indicator system that covers user-level, pair-level, and platform-level risk control parameters, and establishing a dynamic parameter adjustment mechanism. • Management of platform ADL risk control mechanism: Participate in the design of DEX contract trading monitoring mechanisms, covering core indicators such as ADL trigger rate and insurance fund level, establish a multi-level early warning mechanism, and formulate gradient-triggered risk control monitoring plans; collaborate with the business product team to promote the implementation of risk control strategies. • Strategy backtesting and dashboard setup: Build and maintain a framework for on-chain trading risk control strategy backtesting, support historical market replay and strategy effectiveness evaluation, conduct strategy backtesting based on on-chain data, output quantitative assessment reports, and establish a core indicator dashboard for risk control strategies. • Emergency response to unexpected events: Have the ability to promptly respond and troubleshoot DEX trading risk control incidents, covering extreme market conditions/failures, etc., and output improvement measures and promote their implementation. • Design specialized defense strategies for on-chain specific risks (MEV, sandwich attacks, lightning loan attacks, significant on-chain price fluctuations or hacker incidents, etc.). • Possess on-chain data analysis and tracking capabilities, continuously monitor on-chain abnormal trading patterns, and identify potential risks. What you'll need • More than 5 years of experience in trading risk control, and 3 years of experience in trading risk control related to major exchanges or DeFi protocols. Prior experience in Perp DEX risk control is preferred. • Have a deep understanding of the perpetual contract trading mechanism, including core concepts such as funding rate, mark price, liquidation mechanism, ADL, insurance fund, etc. • Have practical experience in risk control strategy backtesting, and be able to independently complete strategy modeling, parameter tuning and effect evaluation, as well as dashboard setup. • Be familiar with at least one programming/data analysis language (Python/SQL), and be able to independently complete data extraction and analysis. • Have experience in handling emergencies, and be able to quickly make judgments and execute decisions under high-pressure environments. • Be familiar with the trading structure and risk control differences of mainstream blockchains. • Be proficient in using AI tools to assist in strategy research, data analysis and code writing, significantly improving work efficiency.
