What you'll do • Be responsible for the construction and data development of big data platforms in business domains such as transactions, funds, settlement, accounting, and finance. • Be responsible for the collection, cleaning, processing, summarization, and data model construction of accounting-related data, including data development at the detail level, summary level, subject level, and report level. • Participate in the clarification of the standards and data governance of core accounting indicators such as account balance, transaction flow, income and cost, handling fees, fund flow, and reconciliation differences, to ensure data accuracy, consistency, and traceability. • Build offline and real-time data warehouse tasks based on big data components such as Hive, Spark, Flink, ClickHouse, and StarRocks, to support accounting reports, business analysis, risk control monitoring, and reconciliation scenarios. • Be responsible for writing, optimizing complex SQLs, and optimizing the performance of data tasks to improve the efficiency and stability of large-scale data processing. • Use DataWind or similar BI/reporting tools to build accounting, funds, settlement, and business analysis thematic reports and data dashboards. • Have certain Java development capabilities and be able to participate in the development and maintenance of data services, task scheduling, data interfaces, data verification tools, or related background services. • Build data quality monitoring, task alerts, data verification, and anomaly investigation mechanisms to ensure that daily closing, monthly closing, and key report data are produced on time and accurately. • Work with product, finance, settlement, R&D, risk control, and operation teams to understand business requirements and complete data solution design and delivery. • Compile data development norms, indicator standards, data dictionaries, and related technical documents. What you'll need • Bachelor's degree or above, majoring in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, Financial Engineering, etc.; at least 3 years of experience in big data development or data warehouse development. • Proficient in SQL, capable of writing complex SQL queries and performing performance tuning, able to handle large-scale detailed data, aggregated data, and multi-table association scenarios. • Comprehensive knowledge of Hadoop ecosystem and common big data components, including but not limited to Hive, Spark, Flink, Kafka, HDFS, YARN, ClickHouse, StarRocks, Doris, etc. • Experienced in offline data warehouse and real-time data warehouse development, understanding the hierarchical concepts of data warehouses (ODS, DWD, DWS, ADS) and dimension modeling methods. • Have certain Java coding skills, familiar with Java basics, multithreading, collections, JVM, common frameworks or service development processes; able to independently read, troubleshoot and modify Java business code. • Proficient in at least one BI/reporting tool such as DataWind, Quick BI, FineBI, Tableau, Power BI, etc., capable of independently developing data sets, indicators, dashboards and reports. • Have experience in data quality management, familiar with data verification, data supplementation, task re-running, lineage tracking
