What you'll do • Own growth and operations strategy for onchain trading：Develop and execute growth strategies for Bitget Onchain trading products, continuously improving key metrics such as user activity, trading conversion, trading frequency, trading volume, retention, and asset retention/deposits. • Develop deep insights into onchain users and trading scenarios：Build a strong understanding of user behaviors and pain points across the full onchain trading journey, and drive continuous iteration of product experience and operational mechanisms. • Manage onchain assets and project operations：Participate in the discovery, selection, segmentation, and operation of trending onchain assets, high-quality projects, and trading opportunities. Develop end-to-end strategies covering new asset discovery, listing promotion, trading incentives, and ongoing operations to improve exposure, trading depth, and user engagement for quality assets. • Drive product and operational optimization through data：Build an operational metrics framework for onchain trading. Continuously monitor key data such as user funnels, conversion rates, trading success rates, trading depth, asset retention, and performance of trending chains and tokens. Use data analysis to identify problems, validate hypotheses, and drive product optimization. • Promote onchain trading ecosystem development：Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Liquidity, Risk, Marketing, and BD teams to drive the launch of key initiatives. Continuously track onchain trends, the Meme market, DeFi, DEXs, and competitor dynamics, and translate insights into actionable operational growth plans. What you'll need • Web3 / trading platform operations background：Minimum 2 years of experience in Web3, onchain products, DEX, or DeFi, or 3+ years of experience in exchange trading products or spot trading operations. Experience in onchain trading, Meme assets, or asset operations is preferred. • Strong product operations and growth capabilities：Strong product operations mindset and ownership. Able to independently conduct user research, formulate strategies, design campaigns/content, coordinate resources, drive project execution, review performance, and iterate mechanisms — rather than simply executing campaigns. • Strong understanding of trading users and market rhythm：Familiar with the differences between CEX users and onchain trading users. Able to identify trading journey issues from a trader’s perspective. Sensitive to market trends, capital flows, onchain narratives, trending assets, and user sentiment. • Solid data analysis skills：Able to identify business issues through user segmentation, behavioral funnels, trading data, asset data, and campaign data; evaluate operational performance; and develop actionable growth and product optimization plans. • Excellent collaboration and project management skills：Strong cross-functional communication and project management capabilities.
