What you'll do • Source and identify BD part-time candidates across target regions (KOLs, affiliates, community leaders) • Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline aligned with regional needs • Conduct initial screening and coordinate interviews with regional managers • Manage candidate funnel (sourcing → outreach → screening → hiring) • Explore and optimize sourcing channels (Telegram, X, Discord, referrals) • Support and coordinate with external recruitment agencies when needed What you'll need • Experience in recruiting, BD, or affiliate/community growth (Web3 preferred) • Strong understanding of crypto ecosystem and local communities • Familiar with X, Telegram, Discord, etc. • Strong communication and coordination skills • Self-driven, able to manage multiple roles across regions If you are ambitious and believe that digital assets could be the next financial and technological revolution, please apply!
