What you'll do • Responsible for the internationalisation of the product mobile and desktop product user interface design; • Responsible for the creative process, tracking the product effect, put forward the design improvement program, benchmarking the industry's first-line products in Europe and the United States; • Propose reasonable design solutions for product design, transform conceptual ideas into visually appealing, user-centered interfaces, and dock with the product manager to promote the implementation of the program; • Combined with user feedback and usability testing results, independently complete the product interface design and dynamic interaction Demo production and other work; • Follow up the data feedback, combined with data feedback to give quantitative and qualitative-oriented design, proposal, program output; • Ownership, collaborate with the design team, upstream and downstream departments, to promote the program landing. What you'll need • More than 3 years experience in UI design, art, visual communication, computer or other related majors; • Familiar with iOS, Android, Web design specifications, with mature design theories and techniques, the pursuit of design; • Have forward-looking design concepts, actively pay attention to domestic and international industry development, design trends; • Have a clear concept and understanding of domestic/international Internet product design process; • With strong initiative, good at collaborative communication, process of reasonable expression, positive design thinking; • Web3 experience, overseas product design or top product design in the same industry is preferred; excellent video skills are preferred. 工作内容 • 负责产品移动端与桌面端的界面设计国际化工作； • 负责创意流程，跟踪产品效果，提出设计改进方案，并对标欧美一线产品； • 为产品设计提出合理的设计解决方案，将概念性想法转化为具备视觉吸引力、以用户为中心的界面，并与产品经理对接推动方案落地； • 结合用户反馈与可用性测试结果，独立完成产品界面设计及动态交互 Demo 制作等工作； • 跟进数据反馈，基于数据给出定量与定性导向的设计建议与方案输出； • 拥有主人翁意识，与设计团队及上下游部门协作，推动方案落地实施。 岗位要求 • 3 年以上 UI 设计经验，美术、视觉传达、计算机或相关专业背景； • 熟悉 iOS、Android、Web 设计规范，具备成熟的设计理论与方法，追求卓越设计； • 具备前瞻性的设计理念，积极关注国内外行业发展与设计趋势； • 对国内/国际互联网产品设计流程有清晰理解与认识； • 主动性强，善于协作沟通，能够合理表达流程，具备积极的设计思维； • 有 Web3 经验、海外产品设计经验或行业顶尖产品设计经验者优先；具备优秀视频技能者优先。 If you are ambitious and believe that digital assets could be the next financial and technological revolution, please apply!
