What you'll do Special Research and Project Implementation • Complete various new special research projects in a timely and high-quality manner, including CEX competitor analysis, sector research, macro policy research, product mechanism innovation, etc. • Proactively promote the implementation and transformation of research findings when needed, forming product recommendations, marketing materials, or business decision support. • Regularly produce highly professional and forward-looking research reports, in-depth articles, and data insights. User Demand Discovery and Follow-up • Proactively identify the core needs of high-value users, including institutions, professional traders, whales, KOLs, etc. • Drive the rapid implementation of user demands across product, operations, BD, and other departments, and establish a closed-loop feedback mechanism. Daily Research Support • Continuously track developments in the crypto market, competitor exchange trends, and TradFi-Crypto crossover trends. • Provide timely professional research support and content/material output for internal teams. What you'll need • Hands-on cryptocurrency trading experience, with familiarity in the trading logic and risk management of spot, futures, derivatives, and other products. • Deep understanding of the crypto ecosystem and exchange business, with familiarity with the product features, strengths, weaknesses, and operating strategies of major mainstream CEXs such as Binance, Bybit, OKX, Coinbase, etc. • Excellent logical analysis, data insight, and written communication skills, with the ability to quickly produce professional reports with clear structure. • Strong proactivity and ownership, with the ability to independently identify problems and drive implementation. • Fluent in both Chinese and English, with strong English reading and writing skills.
