Let’s go!</p> <p> </p></div><h3><strong>Your Mission</strong></h3> <p>As the <strong>Director, Product Growth</strong>, you will define and execute our macro top-of-funnel growth strategy and build a world-class Growth Product organization. Reporting directly to our GM, your mission is to architect the growth engine that drives how millions of new users discover, onboard, and make their first investments on our platform.</p> <p>You will own total strategic and operational accountability for the full user acquisition journey—from the initial website touchpoint and regulated verification flows straight through to first deposit and conversion. This is a high-visibility executive leadership mandate requiring a blend of regulated onboarding expertise, sharp growth economics, and a proven track record of scaling cross-functional product organizations.</p> <h3><strong>What You'll Do</strong></h3> <ul> <li><strong>Build &amp; Scale the Growth Organization:</strong> Mentor, and scale a high-performing team of Product Managers, Product Designers, Product Marketing and specialized Website Teams within the Growth domain, fostering a culture of ownership, accountability, and high-velocity execution.</li> <li><strong>Own the Macro Growth Strategy:</strong> Define the long-term vision and product roadmap across all critical acquisition touchpoints—including website experience, registration, regulated KYC/AML verification, MarTech,and referral loops.</li> <li><strong>Institutionalize Continuous Experimentation:</strong> Establish advanced experimentation, drop-off diagnostics, and conversion optimization frameworks to scale A/B testing across all growth touchpoints.</li> <li><strong>Executive &amp; Stakeholder Alignment:</strong> Partner directly with the GM, Engineering Leadership, Organic Growth, Performance Marketing, and Regional Country Managers to make ROI-driven backlog decisions and align cross-functional growth strategies.</li> <li><strong>Drive Delivery at Scale:</strong> Oversee the end-to-end product lifecycle for the growth domain, translating strategic opportunities into scalable architecture, feature specs, and rapid deployment cycles alongside Engineering and Design.</li> </ul> <h3><strong>Who You Are</strong></h3> <ul> <li><strong>Proven Executive Leader:</strong> 10+ years of product management experience in B2C digital or fintech platforms, with 4+ years of direct people management experience hiring, developing, and leading teams of Product Managers.</li> <li><strong>Fintech &amp; Regulated Funnel Expert:</strong> Deep conversion expertise with a strong track record of optimizing high-stakes, regulated user onboarding (KYC/AML) and consumer activation funnels.</li> <li><strong>Data &amp; Growth Economics Master:</strong> Highly analytical and fluent in
