You will own day-to-day product execution while building deep knowledge of how the system behaves under scale, failure, and operational stress.<br>This is not a feature backlog role. You have a proven track record of delivering under complexity without losing quality.</span></li> <li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;"><strong>Technically Fluent:</strong> You don't code, but you are genuinely comfortable reasoning about APIs, asynchronous systems, external integrations, and failure scenarios. You ask "where can this break?" before proposing solutions.</span></li> <li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;"><strong>System-Aware: </strong>You understand what it means to work on infrastructure where errors have real financial and operational consequences.
