You will design and deliver reliable, high-quality mobile flows that connect users to KYC providers, guide them through identity verification, and ensure compliance across multiple markets (MX, BR, CO, AR, GI, US).</span></p> <p><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Working closely with product, backend, and compliance stakeholders, you will shape the technical direction of a domain where quality, security, and user experience are non-negotiable, and where your work directly determines whether a user can access financial services.</span></p> <p><span style="font-size: 12pt;"><strong>Reports To</strong></span><br><span style="font-size: 12pt;">This role reports to the Registration Engineering Manager.</span><br><br><span style="font-size: 12pt;"><strong>Who You Are</strong></span></p> <ul> <li><span style="font-size: 12pt;">You are experienced in React Native development, with a proven track record of shipping production mobile apps at scale across iOS and RN, with a strong depth in iOS native development.</span></li> <li><span style="font-size: 12pt;">You have hands-on experience integrating third-party SDKs, including identity verification or biometric providers, and understand the constraints and tradeoffs of mobile SDK integration in regulated environments.</span></li> <li><span style="font-size: 12pt;">You have designed and maintained mobile architectures that are testable, maintainable, and resilient to the rapid iteration cycles of a fintech product.</span></li> <li><span style="font-size: 12pt;">You are comfortable working across the mobile/backend boundary, understanding REST APIs, async flows, and how mobile state interacts with backend systems.</span></li> <li><span style="font-size: 12pt;">You communicate complex technical decisions clearly in English, written and spoken, to engineering peers, product managers, and senior leadership.</span></li> <li><span style="font-size: 12pt;">You work with a high degree of autonomy and ownership. You identify problems, propose solutions, and see them through to production.</span></li> <li><span style="font-size: 12pt;">You have a strong sense of urgency and are comfortable operating in a fast-paced, high-stakes fintech environment where compliance and user trust are on the line. </span></li> <li><em><strong style="font-size: 12pt;">Nice to have:</strong></em><span style="font-size: 12pt;"> familiarity with KYC/AML flows, identity verification providers (Incode, Jumio, IDWall, or similar), or onboarding funnels in regulated financial products.</span></li> </ul> <p> </p> <p><span style="font-size: 12pt;"><strong>What You Will Do</strong></span></p> <ul> <li><span style="font-size: 12pt;"><strong>Own KYC and onboarding mobile flows: </strong>design, build, and maintain the screens, navigation, and SDK integrations that take a user from signup through identity verification and level upgrade.</span></li> <li><span style="font-size: 12pt;"><strong>Drive React Native architecture decisions:</strong> define patterns, set standards, and ensure consistency across the mobile surfaces owned by the Regist
