Since its inception in 2011, Blockchain has earned the trust of over 90 million wallet holders and more than 40 million verified users, facilitating over $1 trillion in crypto transactions.</p></div><p>We're looking for a <strong>UX/Product Design Intern</strong> to join our <strong>Growth team</strong> — someone hungry, creative, and proactive, who wants to ship real work that millions of people will see.</p> <p>This is an internship where you'll learn an enormous amount, fast. You'll work directly with senior designers, growth PMs, and engineers on the experiences that bring new users in and help them activate. We're looking for someone who treats this like the most important 6 months of their career so far, and acts accordingly.</p> <p><strong>WHAT YOU WILL DO</strong></p> <p><strong>Ship growth design work</strong></p> <ul> <li>Design onboarding flows, referral experiences, landing pages, and signup funnels that move metrics</li> <li>Create share cards, social mechanics, and viral artifacts</li> <li>Build prototypes to test ideas before they hit engineering</li> <li>Take pieces of work end-to-end with mentorship and clear feedback</li> </ul> <p><strong>Run with ideas</strong></p> <ul> <li>Bring your own proposals, not just execute briefs</li> <li>Generate multiple directions per problem and push the ones with the most potential</li> <li>Spot growth opportunities in flows you didn't design and flag them</li> </ul> <p><strong>Use AI to multiply your output</strong></p> <ul> <li>Use AI tools (Midjourney, ChatGPT, Claude, v0, Figma AI…) as a core part of your workflow</li> <li>Move faster than is normally possible at your career stage by leaning on modern tooling</li> <li>Share what works with the team and help build playbooks</li> </ul> <p><strong>Learn how growth actually works</strong></p> <ul> <li>Sit in on experiment reviews and learn how design decisions get tested and measured</li> <li>Understand the difference between "looks good" and "converts well"</li> <li>Learn to read data, write hypotheses, and iterate based on results</li> </ul> <p><strong>WHAT YOU WILL NEED</strong></p> <p><strong>Required</strong></p> <ul> <li>Currently a student, recent grad, or self-taught designer with a portfolio that shows real work</li> <li><strong>Strong creativity</strong> — a portfolio with a clear point of view, visual taste, and original thinking; bonus for side projects or things you've shipped on your own</li> <li><strong>Fluency with AI tools</strong> — you already use them daily and can show work where AI made you faster</li> <li>Working knowledge of Figma</li> <li>Proactivity — you bring ideas, ask questions, follow up without being chased</li> <li>Bias toward speed and iteration</li> </ul> <p><strong>Preferred</strong></p> <ul> <li>Interest in crypto (wallets, exchanges, DeFi)</li> <li>Curiosity about growth: why products spread, why people share, what makes funnels convert</li> <li>Comfort with mobile-first design</li> </ul> <p><strong>WHAT YOU WILL GET</strong></p> <ul> <li>Real shipped work, not throwaway projects — your portfolio leaves stronger than it came</li> <li>Mentorship from senior designers working on products used by millions</li> <li>A front-row seat to how a high-growth crypto company operates</li> <li>A team that will trust you with real responsibility if you earn it</li> </ul> <p><strong>COMPENSATION &amp; PERKS</strong></p> <ul> <li>The opportunity to be a key player and build your career at a rapidly expanding, global technology company in an emerging field</li> <li>Bonus scheme based on both company and individual performance</li> <li>The opportunity to be a key player and build your career at a rapidly expanding, global technology company in an exciting, emerging industr
